Ewura Ama Jenkins is a lawyer, nonprofit expert, and governance advisor with a multidisciplinary career dedicated to building sustainable, well-governed institutions across Africa. Called to the bar in 2022, Ewura Ama thrives at the intersection of law, social innovation, and organisational strategy, where she has spent the past six years empowering mission-driven entities—ranging from foundations, trust funds, and grassroots nonprofits to early-stage tech startups—to scale their impact through strong governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical leadership. Awura Ama trained at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah, where gained invaluable experience from specialist teams in the corporate and commercial, energy and infrastructure, financial institutions and capital markets, and disputes practice groups. Her focus areas include secretarial practice, nonprofit and startup governance, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and ESG.
