Associate AttorneyJude Serbeh-Boateng is a lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial transactions, technology law and policy, fintech regulation, compliance advisory, and emerging technologies. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and finance matters, including due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and technology-driven business operations.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jude worked with Eight Geeks at Law, a technology-focused law firm in Accra, where he advised renowned local and international technology companies on regulatory, commercial, and policy matters. He also served as head of the firm’s blockchain and cryptocurrency desk, leading advisory work relating to blockchain technology, digital assets, cryptocurrency regulation, fintech innovation, and emerging digital ecosystems.
Jude has consulted for the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, the United Nation’s International Trade Centre, and the Netherlands’ Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries (CBI) on matters relating to digital innovation, technology policy, trade, and regulatory development. He has also advised clients such as Remitly, an American-based international money transfer operator, CoinCola, a Singaporean cryptocurrency company, Stellar Development Foundation, an American blockchain company and Flutterwave, an African-based fintech unicorn.
